Inquiry Data
We receive the name, business email, company, country, product requirements and message you choose to provide. Required fields are identified in the form; without them we cannot process an online RFQ. Do not provide sensitive personal information.
Use and Service Providers
We use inquiry information to respond, prepare requested quotations and maintain correspondence. Cloudflare provides hosting, private inquiry storage and abuse protection; Google Workspace handles inquiry notifications. Microsoft-hosted email may receive forwarded business or privacy correspondence. These providers may process data outside your location. Inquiry submission does not subscribe you to marketing.
Retention and Access
Online RFQ database records are retained for 24 calendar months from submission, with scheduled daily removal after that period. Email copies are separate from database cleanup; requests to review or remove correspondence are handled individually. A short-lived hashed network identifier supports abuse prevention. Access is restricted to the authorized administrator and necessary service processing. Backup recovery windows are separate from inquiry retention; deletion requests must also be considered after a restore.

Contact info@suntisenergy.com to request access to or correction of your personal information, or to ask about deletion and other applicable rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Requests are assessed under applicable law; no sensitive identity documents should be sent unless securely requested. Contact us if you have a privacy concern.

You may send requests to access or correct your personal information through these channels. We handle access and correction requests within the applicable statutory time limits, generally 40 days under Hong Kong law, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.
